Frank Cinque
President & Founder
Frank Cinque is an experienced executive with a track record of exploiting an unprecedented level of entrepreneurial expertise within the small to medium size enterprise. It is with this passion that Frank has decided to start Hudson Valley Technologies, a next generation consulting firm.
A graduate of the Manhattan College School of Engineering in Riverdale, NY, Frank's first professional experience was with the world renowned naval architect & marine engineering firm, Gibbs & Cox, where he served as a Structural Design Engineer.
In 1983, he co-founded CSA, whose mission was to develop software for the real estate appraiser. With an early focus on the Internet, a keen sense of marketing strategy, trail-blazing technology, and being able to commercialize the solution, Frank grew CSA from a small start-up to a staggering 95% market share leader in the Canadian Real Estate Appraisal market. A brand was born, that until this day is identified as the de facto standard by Canadian real estate appraisers, financial institutions, and major trade organizations.
Guiding CSA through a Fortune 500 acquisition in 1999, Frank was sought after by BCE Emergis/Bell Canada to serve as their new Director of Sales for the small yet promising Mortgage Division. Frank managed Sales, Marketing, Business Development and E-Commerce Web Strategy from startup to a 20% market share within the first year. This was accomplished by the use of best of breed e-commerce business solutions in parallel with developing startegic business alliances.
In 2002, Frank joined Creative Technolgies, Inc., a fast growing systems integrator, as their new Chief Operating Officer. Within a few years, CreativeTech was purchased by Axispoint, Inc., a full service technology solutions company where Frank spent another 3 years in a similar capacity.
Over Frank's illustrious career he has spearheaded industry consortiums to endorse ANSI X12 standardized data sets for the secure electronic transmission of appraisal data. He was a consultant to the Appraisal Institute of Canada responsible for the interpretation and implementation of USPAP Compliant guidelines into new industry standard appraisal forms. From 1992 to 1998 he served as the Automation Columnist for the Appraisal Institute's Canadian Appraiser magazine with dozens of articles to his credit. He was an avid speaker in the hi-tech industry, having addressed audiences throughout North America on topics from EDI, E-Commerce, The Mortgage Lending Process, Re-Engineering, The Digital Revolution and more.
Frank is also very active in community service, having served as Board Vice President & President of the FRD Veteran's Hospital Child Care Center, as well as the Technology Committee Chairperson for a local private school in Ossining, NY.
